Share Data With Other Systems

MYOB EXO is a good product, however most companies run other systems that contain much the same data.  For example, you might have a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application, a payroll package or an e-commerce website that isn't connected to EXO.

The result of this disconnection is that data has to be entered several times (eg. account address details) and differences and errors begin to accumulate.  You start making mistakes, such as calling someone as a lead who is already a customer, or sending packages to the wrong addresses or simply not having the information you need to properly run your business.

Example 1 - Contact Manager

You have a third-party contact management system such as Act!  KKL can develop an integration that will ensure that any details entered in Act! are transferred to EXO and vice versa.

Or, similarly, you have been using MYOB EXO for some time and have hundreds of contacts in it.  You purchase Act! and you want to do a once-off copy of all that information to Act!, to save manual labour.

Outcome: No double-entry of data

Example 2 - CRM

Imagine you own a CRM product (such as Microsoft CRM) and you wish to use the CRM for leads and opportunities, but when the time comes to promote a lead to an account, you'd like it to be automatically created as a debtor in EXO.  KKL can do this and in fact if you own Microsoft CRM, we have an existing integration product: CRMConnect.

In addition, you want the sales person using the CRM to be able to see the invoices and orders against each account, from EXO.

Outcome: Smooth two-way synchronisation eliminates double-entry of data.  There is a continuous flow of customer information from lead to opportunity to account to sales order to invoice.
