Licensing

4Hire is licensed on a per-EXO database basis.  One license is required for each EXO database.  An annual fee for support and maintenance also applies.

  • $2995 for core module which includes regular integration with stock, customers and invoices.
  • $4995 for Pro Version which includes integration with job costing, serviceable units and asset register as well as all of the above.
  • Both Basic and Pro come with one seat.
  • $995 for each additional seat.  A seat is defined as a concurrent user.
  • Installation and configuration if necessary: $150 p/h
  • Customisation: $150 p/h
  • 20% of the total price (core module + additional user licenses) is payable as an annual license fee, starting from the first year.  This covers the right to use the software, installation, unlimited support (subject to fair usage) and all upgrades.

All prices are GST exclusive.
